Help Her Heal

Are you ready to take meaningful steps toward healing and strengthening your relationship? The Help Her Heal group is a 10-week program designed to provide the tools, support, and accountability you need to foster trust, empathy, and emotional connection.

Led by Scotty Alderman, this group is ideal for men in recovery who are ready to take active steps toward relational healing and personal growth. Whether you’re addressing betrayal trauma, rebuilding after addiction, or working to strengthen your relationship, this group will provide you with the guidance and support you need.

What You Will Gain:

• Skills to better understand and empathize with your partner’s needs
• Strategies for improving communication and building emotional intimacy
• Guidance for creating trust-building rituals and practices
• Support from a small group of men navigating similar challenges
• Cost of group is $600, charged $60 weekly if not paid in full
