Biography

Trevor received his Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. With a background in pastoral ministry, Trevor has over 12 years of counseling experience, working specifically with children, teens, young adults, and parents. As someone who has been through counseling himself, Trevor knows firsthand how intimidating the idea of counseling can be. Trevor’s approach is personable and down-to-earth. His goal is to disarm the stigmas and hesitations people often feel toward counseling and help his clients feel comfortable and cared for on a personal level.
Trevor’s passion is helping the next generation build mental and emotional resilience to face life’s challenges and live more fully. Trevor has spoken nationally and internationally on child and adolescent development. As a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, Trevor focuses on building emotionally strong families. Trevor leads regular groups and workshops on a variety of topics, including ADHD, Anxiety, and Problematic Pornography Use.
Personally, Trevor loves being outdoors, doing anything active, reading, going to the beach, and spending time with his family.
