NEW! Facing the Shadow for Women

If you or a woman in your life is struggling with sex and / or love issues, we are proud to offer a new group to provide a safe space for attendees to process, learn, and explore. 

This group will utilize Patrick Carnes’ proven recovery workbook, Facing the Shadow. This is a structured workbook for processing through sexual behaviors, tendencies and desires. The tasks in Facing the Shadow will help create insight into understanding unwanted behaviors while also providing practical tools to promote long term healing. 

The goal for attendees of this group is to gain a better understanding of themselves when it comes to sexuality and, if relevant, to establish recovery from addiction.

Facilitated by two female counselors, group members will have the chance to work side by side through a structured, weekly curriculum in a space free of shame and driven by compassionate curiosity. 

We would love for you to consider joining us for this 15 week journey toward expanded sexual understanding and recovery!

Details:

• Required book: Facing the Shadow workbook, Patrick Carnes – available on-site for $40 or $30-$35 online (Facing the Shadow)
• Cost: $40 per group, charged weekly 
• Time commitment: 15 weeks, February 4th – May 13th; Tuesdays 7-8:30pm 
• Facilitating counselors: supervised by CSAT, Timothy K Burkholder
